What you'll experience

Here’s a step-by-step look at your unforgettable day, visiting the places we know, trust, and love—Slovenia’s most iconic sights from Postojna Cave to Bled.

A long outdoor dining table covered with a white tablecloth, set with plates, glassware, bottles, and a basket of jarred foods, surrounded by trees.

Lake Bled

A Fairytale in the Alps

Experience the serenity of Slovenia’s most iconic landscape. Surrounded by the towering peaks of the Julian Alps, Lake Bled is a vision of emerald waters and timeless elegance. Whether you are gliding across the lake in a private Pletna boat to the island church or standing atop the medieval Bled Castle to capture the ultimate panoramic view, this stop is a masterclass in Alpine beauty. Indulge in the legendary "Kremšnita" cream cake at a lakeside café, where the refined atmosphere of a classic European resort meets the raw majesty of nature.

POSTOJNA CAVE

The Crown of the Underworld

Descend into a world sculpted by water and time. As you board the historic electric train, you’ll enter a 24-kilometer labyrinth of majestic halls and intricate formations. Postojna is not just a cave; it is a subterranean cathedral. An audio guide will lead you through the Brilliant Passage and into the vast Concert Hall, explaining the unique biodiversity that includes the rare, pale "human fish." The constant temperature and the sheer scale of the stalactites create an otherworldly atmosphere that has enchanted visitors for over two centuries.

Predjama Castle

The World’s Largest Cave Fortress

Just a short drive from the caves lies a sight that defies gravity and logic. Built directly into the mouth of a towering 123-meter cliff, Predjama Castle is a Guinness World Record holder and a testament to medieval ingenuity. Explore the dramatic fusion of man-made stone walls and natural rock chambers. As you wander through the knight’s quarters and the secret tunnels once used by the rebellious Erasmus of Predjama, you will feel the history of a fortress that remained unconquered for centuries. It is the perfect, dramatic finale to your Slovenian adventure.

You Might Wonder ...

How many people will be in the van?

Open

Our tours are operated in small groups with a maximum of 7 guests per van to ensure comfort and a personal experience. No one is seated in the middle front seat. If you are a group of 8 or more, please contact us directly and we will gladly arrange a private tour tailored to your needs.

What if it rains?

Open

Our tours operate in all weather conditions. In fact, Postojna Cave is an excellent choice for a rainy day, as the experience takes place underground. Lake Bled is magical in every season and weather condition. Your guide will always adapt the program and show you the most beautiful spots — even on a rainy day.

How much walking is involved?

Open

The tour involves moderate walking. Inside Postojna Cave there is approximately 1.5 km (0.9 miles) of walking on well-maintained paths. At Lake Bled, walking is mostly optional and depends on how you choose to spend your free time.

Will we have free time?

Open

Yes, there is some free time during the tour. There will be time for photos and souvenirs. In summer, you may even have time for a quick swim in the lake or a short hike to one of the best viewpoints — or both, for the more adventurous “marathon souls.”

Where can we eat?

Open

As one of the stops is Lake Bled, you simply must try the famous Kremšnita (Bled cream cake) — a generous and delicious local dessert that is actually included in the tour. We recommend lighter snacks during the day or bringing something small for a picnic. Instead of planning a large lunch during the tour, we suggest enjoying a relaxed dinner once you return to Ljubljana.

Is it worth going in winter?

Open

Absolutely. Postojna Cave is impressive in any weather, as the temperature inside remains constant year-round. Lake Bled is equally stunning in winter — peaceful, romantic, and often surrounded by snow. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world in every season.

Can we join the tour with a stroller?

Open

Yes. Some areas may be difficult to access with a stroller, but it can be safely left in a secure spot when needed, and your guide will assist you.

Do you provide child seats?

Open

Yes, we do. Please contact us in advance if you require a baby or child seat so we can prepare everything for your family’s comfort and safety.

Prefer a private adventure?

Want a fully personalized experience? The best way to plan your private tour is to call, text, or schedule a quick video chat with me. Share your travel preferences, activity level, and comfort with crowds, and we’ll craft an itinerary that’s perfectly tailored to your group.
